The staff was affable and amazingly nice, doing great job. The room was exceptionally nice, had comfortable and included coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. It was overlooking city. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, Montería, and Colombia...

Great Location and Room Amenities
The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of Jackson. Our room was upgraded to a double and it had all the amenities we needed. There was a nice flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge to keep our drinks cool, and even tea and coffee making facilities. 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the convenience of having Buenavista mall nearby. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was exquisite, featuring a huge and comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. We couldn't ask for a better place to rest and relax.
We highly recommend this place to all our friends.

The hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. the bed was huge and very comfortable. the shower had excellent pressure and made for a relaxing experience after a long day out and about.
There were some minor issues with protocols and staff not being fully knowledgeable which could cause some confusion. Double-check everything upon arrival to avoid any surprises.

The bed was huge and comfortable, and the shower was great too. Plus, the neighborhood was nice and within a walking distance to bars, stores, and restaurants. It was also easy to get to the mall from there.
The man who showed us to our room was not very helpful and we were misled into signing a paper that wasn't accurate. We only found out when we saw another room that was fully stocked and mentioned it to the staff.

The location was convenient as it was situated near restaurants, stores and a popular mall, which made everything easily accessible. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served was delicious with a good variety of options. The room featured a large and comfortable bed, as well as a great shower.The cleanliness was also impressive.
There were some issues with the protocols and procedures being followed by the staff during check-in. But it was an isolated issue and the problems did not affect the overall experience.

I loved the hotel's prime location in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of bars, stores, and restaurants to explore. Everything was just a short walk away, including the Buenavista mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable from check-in to check-out. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the delicious breakfast served every morning.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
